JOB DESCRIPTION – TELESALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1- Lead Management & Sales Execution

 Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.

 Convert incoming leads into sales opportunities by effectively pitching products/services.

 Follow up with interested customers to close deals and drive revenue growth.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers.

2- Customer Engagement & Support

 Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.

 Address customer queries regarding products, pricing, and offers.

 Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

3- Product Knowledge & Upselling Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing strategies.

 Educate customers about newly launched products and special promotions.

 Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximize sales opportunities.

4- Data Management & Reporting

 Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress.

 Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and sales data.

 Provide daily reports on call performance, conversions, and challenges to the manager.

5- Target Achievement & Performance Optimization

 Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Continuously refine sales pitches and strategies to improve conversion rates.

 Work closely with the team to optimize telesales performance

Requirements:

 1-2 years of experience in sales.

 Excellent English communication skills.

 Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

 Patience and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

 Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and close deals.

 Resilience to handle rejection and ability to work under pressure.
