**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Receive incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in our database.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and assist in improving sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and latest industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
