Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring Telesales Executives to drive sales through outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer engagement. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you!
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide relevant information.
- Work with the sales team to improve conversion strategies.
