Full job description
We seek a dynamic and persuasive Telesales executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls to high-quality leads provided by the company, engage potential clients, and schedule site visits. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales are key to excelling in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on the provided leads.
- Explain property details, features, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Answer client inquiries and provide relevant information about projects.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the CRM/database.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients for future business.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Punjabi
- Day shift

Work Location: In person
Training:
- Shall be provided to all the selected candidates covering Training in Sales and Training in Real Estate Markets.
