Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from farmers, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop effective strategies for customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field (calls handling, cold calling).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Sc Biology).
Excellent communication skills with convincing power; fluency in spoken English is essential.
Strong knowledge of animal husbandry practices (livestock), veterinary sciences, poultry management, and animal nutrition.

- Fluent in Hindi and/or English depending on target audience.
- Clear, confident, and polite phone manner.
Sales Ability:
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to pitch and close sales over the phone.
- Goal-oriented and result-driven approach.
Computer Literacy:
- Familiar with using CRM software, Excel, and email for follow-ups and lead tracking.
Listening and Problem-Solving:
- Ability to actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Patience and a positive attitude during difficult conversations.
Time Management:
- Capable of handling multiple calls and tasks efficiently within a day.
- Prioritizing leads and managing follow-ups effectively.
