Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct the telephonic interviews with the potential customers.

Handle the inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Engage the customers in conversations to promote and sell the software products.

Provide a detailed product information and clarify the customer queries.

Maintain the records of calls and customer responses for follow-ups.

Achieve the daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective communication.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is a must.

Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.

Basic knowledge of software products (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong sales and target-driven approach.
