Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell astrology courses.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell astrology courses.
Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements to effectively recommend courses.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about course features, benefits, and pricing.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall departmental goals.
Continuously update knowledge of astrology courses to effectively communicate with customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
