Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls:

Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in two-wheelers, either through online inquiries or walk-ins.

Provide information on the showroom's available models, offers, and financing options.

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and schedule test rides or showroom visits.

Follow-Up Calls:

Follow up with previous customers who have shown interest in purchasing a two-wheeler but have not made a decision.

Ensure timely follow-ups to check on the status of their interest and answer any queries they may have.

Inbound Calls:

Customer Inquiries:
-
Answer inbound calls from customers inquiring about two-wheeler models, prices, and promotions.
-
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom for test rides or to discuss specific models and options.
-
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer appointments are honored and smoothly managed.

Promotions and Offers:

Product Promotion:
-
Actively promote the showroom’s latest two-wheeler models, special offers, and discounts during phone calls.

Encourage customers to visit the showroom and explore available options in person.

Sales Targets:

Meet daily/weekly/monthly telecalling targets, focusing on lead conversion and customer engagement.
-
Track and report progress towards sales and lead generation goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Database Management:

Maintain and update the customer database regularly to ensure accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Record customer feedback, concerns, or inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant team members if necessary.

Customer Service:

Address customer queries or concerns during the call and offer solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Offer post-sale support by providing information on services, warranties, or any other customer needs.

Sales and Reporting:

Sales Coordination:

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and timely customer service.

Assist in converting leads into sales by helping customers take the next step in their purchase process.

Daily Reporting:

Report daily activities and results to the Sales Manager, including the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.

Provide feedback on customer preferences, inquiries, and market trends to help improve sales strategies.
