Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound and Inbound Calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, and handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. 
  • Lead Generation and Sales: Identifying and qualifying potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, and persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. 
  • Customer Interaction: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions or information. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, follow-up actions, and outcomes. 
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall team performance. 
  • Following Up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally. 
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with the latest product information, company policies, and sales strategies.
