Job Description

Location: Chennai (NMR) and Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:
● Promote and sell Star Health insurance products to prospective customers via telephonic communication.
● Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
● Ensure proper follow-up with customers to close sales.

Qualifications:
● Experience:
○ Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or telecalling.
○ Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude are welcome.
● Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
● Skills:
○ Must have good communication skills in English.

○ Additional language proficiency as required per location (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi).
○ Sales-driven with a customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Profile:
● Candidates with prior experience in telesales or telecalling will be given preference.
● Candidates must not be currently pursuing any education.

Salary Details:
● Up to ₹4 LPA (for experienced candidates)
