- Lead Generation: Make cold calls or follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Sales Pitch: Present products or services persuasively to potential customers over the phone.
- Qualification of Leads: Identify the needs and buying potential of prospects to qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into actual sales by overcoming objections and closing the deal.
- Build Relationships: Develop rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow-ups: Regularly check in with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Retain Clients: Work on retaining existing clients through continuous engagement and upselling or cross-selling.
- Understand Products/Services: Be well-versed in the company’s offerings and value propositions.
- Answer Inquiries: Address customer questions and provide detailed product or service information.
- Meet Targets: Work towards meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Report Progress: Track and report sales activity, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Overcome Resistance: Listen to customers' concerns, objections, and questions, and respond effectively to turn the conversation towards a sale.
- Negotiate Terms: Discuss pricing, product features, or payment plans to close deals.
- Database Management: Input customer details and sales activities into a CRM system.
- Track Sales Performance: Monitor and record interactions, sales progress, and customer status.
- Work with the Sales Team: Coordinate with other team members to meet sales targets and share best practices.
