Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calling:

Make outbound calls to leads and prospects generated from marketing campaigns, databases, or referrals.

Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive communication and product knowledge.

Follow a defined script or create a personalized sales pitch depending on the customer profile.
2. Customer Needs Assessment:

Engage with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and preferences.

Recommend appropriate solutions based on the customer's needs.

Answer product-related questions and handle objections effectively.
3. Lead Management and Follow-Up:

Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through regular follow-ups and relationship-building.

Record and update customer information, conversation details, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly nurtured and closed.
4. Meeting Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

Achieve conversion rates, call volume targets, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Use selling techniques such as up-selling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
5. Handling Customer Queries and Complaints:

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, delivery, and warranties.

Resolve customer complaints or direct complex issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and service quality during interactions.
6. Market and Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the company’s products, services, promotions, and competitive offerings.

Understand the market trends and customer behavior relevant to the industry.

Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
7. Reporting and Documentation:

Generate daily or weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and sales performance.
