Job Title: Telesales Executive
Ø Process : Loans & Credit Cards
Ø Job Location : Sector 6, Noida

Ø Salary upto 25k + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products/services over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Present and promote company products/services effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Qualification:
· Any Degree.
· Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
