Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell credit card products and services.

Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate credit card offers based on their financial profile.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful credit card applications.

Actively follow up on leads provided by the company or generated through marketing campaigns.

Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure sales goals are being met.

Customer Education and Support:

Provide detailed information on credit card features, benefits, terms, and conditions to potential customers.

Address customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and convincing manner to close sales.

Help customers understand the process of applying for a credit card, including eligibility, required documents, and approval timelines.

Database Management and Lead Generation:

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information regarding calls, interactions, and outcomes.

Use customer data to create a personalized sales pitch, increasing the chances of conversion.

Continuously generate new leads through research, referrals, and networking.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

Ensure all sales activities comply with the relevant banking regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
