Job Description

Candidates needs to handle and explain the product to the customer. They need to convince them for the loan. We're doing multiple loans through multiple banks and nbfc's.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Generate leads and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
Present and sell Money Solution's products and services to potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing their concerns.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and results.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in direct sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
