Job Description

~ Must have relevant experience in Sales (Online)

~ Identify Customer’s needs & provide assistance accordingly.

~ Respond to Client queries through calls/chats/emails/virtual meetings as per client’s preference or convenience.

~ Following up regularly with inquiries and leads.

~ Negotiate/close deals and handle queries

~ Achieve Monthly Sales targets

~ Customer Oriented Mindset

Skills Required

1. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

2. Well versed with MS office applications

3. Good Communication Skills (Both English/Hindi)

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.

Handle inbound queries from potential customers.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
