NDPS reality pvt ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in real estate. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
