Job Description

Sales Calling required Girls with good communication skills. Fresher also Apply. This is a full-time on-site role in Delhi, India. Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include cold calling, product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Product Knowledge & Pitching:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

4. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions in CRM software.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses to improve sales strategies.

5. Meeting Targets & Performance Metrics:

  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Adhere to call scripts and quality guidelines to maintain professional communication.
  • Continuously improve performance through training and feedback.
