Job Description

Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Guindy, Chennai
Gender: Female Preferred

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive at NJ Macson in Chennai. We are looking for a dynamic personnel with a minimum of one year of experience, ideally within the banking or financial sector. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset with the ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through various sources and convert them into qualified opportunities.

• Sales Target: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales through proactive and persuasive phone conversations.

• Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers by offering excellent customer service and addressing their needs effectively.

• Customer Feedback: Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, feedback and any follow-up required to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Customer Engagement: Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products and services to effectively answer customer queries and provide tailored solutions.

• Follow-up: Consistently follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales and build long-term customer relationships.

• Performance Goals: Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed High-school Diploma or Any Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, preferably in the banking or financial industry.

• Experience in client-service sector would be an added advantage.

Knowledge:

• Aware of the latest industry trends relating to Banking, Finance and Investment Management Industries

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

• Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively
