Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls.
- Pitch products or services, explaining their features and benefits.
- Convert leads into sales by persuading customers.
- Follow up with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Handle objections professionally and convince customers to make a purchase.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing conversions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Update customer details and follow-up notes after each interaction.
- Provide regular reports on call performance, conversions, and sales trends.
