Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Contact potential customers from leads provided by the company.
- Explain membership plans, features, and benefits.
- Convert free members into paid subscribers by offering suitable plans.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and concerns.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers to build trust and credibility.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members.
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM software.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Identify trends in customer queries and provide feedback for service improvement.
