Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales: Actively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales techniques.
Inbound Sales: Handle incoming inquiries from customers interested in our pilgrimage packages.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Sales Pitch: Develop persuasive sales pitches to promote our pilgrimage packages, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and trends.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persuasive and convincing sales techniques.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of the travel industry and pilgrimage tourism is a plus.
