Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
Financial Knowledge: Prior experience in tele-sales within the financial industry, particularly loans and credit, is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with secured loans, unsecured loans, and CIBIL is crucial.
BFSI Sales: Experience in the Banking or Financial Services, is Mandatory.
Required to go on field when its required
