Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
- Present products or services persuasively and effectively to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure timely conversion.
- Handle customer objections and resolve concerns to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to team effort.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively over the phone.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Persistent and results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred.
