· Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
· Explain product features and benefits to customers and answer their queries
· Convince customers to make a purchase and close sales deals over the phone
· Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings
· Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
· Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
· Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services
· Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system
