Responsibilities:

Handle sales calls and provide information about Unacademy’ s products and services.

Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Stay updated on Unacademy’ s offerings and industry trends.

Engage with potential customers, answer their questions, and guide them through the sales process.

Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales conversion targets.

Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Share market insights and trends with the sales team.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve overall performance.

Participate in regular training sessions to continually enhance sales skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
