We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MUST

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling Outgoing and Incoming calls in English.

Understand and learn about the products.

Answer questions about products or the company.

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Taking follow ups to generate repeat sales.

Enter and update customer leads information in ZOHO CRM.

Take and process orders, coordinate with operations.

Achieve and grow with sales targets.

Communicate professionally over email and WhatsApp.
