Job Summary
A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential and existing customers. This role involves making outbound calls, pitching products or services, handling customer queries, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high call volume while ensuring quality conversations.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-Ups:
- Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and sales reports.
3. Sales Pitch & Product Knowledge:
- Deliver effective sales pitches and product demonstrations.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Stay updated on company offerings and competitor products.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare reports on call performance, sales conversions, and customer feedback.
- Work with the sales team to improve strategies and increase revenue.
