Job Description
Roles Responsibilities
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about product s features, prices, advantages and benefits etc.
- Handling outgoing / incoming calls from prospective customers and answering questions about products of the company.
- Enquiring customers to understand their requirements and close sales.
- Contribute in generating sales for company and will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone.
- Probing to understand customers requirements and needs and forward the same to concern department, also direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation by dealing with customer complaints or concerns.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Candidate requirements
- Any graduate/Post Graduate
- 1-3 yrs in domestic / international calls
- Relevant experience with real estate company
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, listening skills, curtsy, presentable and clear voice.
- Capability to deal with customer complaints
- Must able to work under pressure
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle difficult/irate customers
