- Work with channel partners to mentor and grow their business
- Assisting in Partners Business Planning on a regular basis, Identify Gaps during reviews and help fill them
- Identify, plan and broadcast sales training calendar for partner Resources. Execute training as planned
- Engage with partner resources to groom them further and ensure better customer engagement.
- Enable partner for lead generation activities Cold calling, Tele calling, Email Marketing, Segment Marketing Approach, Lead generation through influencers and events
- Engage with partner owner for review of planned vs. achieved targets; take remedial action when needed, re-strategize and create activity plan.
- Accompany partner resources for sales & service engagements from time to time.
- Assessment and monitoring of process implementation.
