Job Description
A Telesales Representative is responsible for selling products or services to potential customers over the phone. The role involves engaging with leads, promoting the benefits of products, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales. Telesales Representative is essential in driving revenue, generating new business, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Minimum Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads) to introduce products and services.

Use scripts and sales techniques to promote products, gauge interest, and close sales.

Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate product or service.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Generate leads by prospecting new customers through phone calls, internet research, or referrals.

Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and potential interest in the product or service.

Follow up on marketing campaigns, promotions, or past inquiries to generate sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.

Manage customer information in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and update records regularly.

Provide excellent customer service by answering product-related questions, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.

Sales and Product Presentation:

Present the features and benefits of products or services to customers clearly and persuasively.

Customize sales pitches according to the customer’s preferences, needs, and buying motivations.

Handle objections and effectively negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.

Monitor personal sales performance, track progress against goals, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Order Processing and Documentation:

Accurately process orders and provide customers with necessary documentation, including receipts, contracts, and terms of service.

Confirm orders and follow up to ensure that customer expectations are met and that deliveries are on schedule.

Gather information about customer preferences, competitors, and market trends to provide insights that help improve sales strategies.
