Job Description
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers by phone to promote products or services
Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase
Provide product information, answer customer questions, and address concerns
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches
Strong listening and questioning skills
Good knowledge of the product or service being sold
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Experience using CRM software
