Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and leads.

Present and promote products or services effectively to meet customer needs.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.

Handle objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications are a plus.
