Job Responsibilities:

Make 150-200 calls daily to the potential customers to promote the platform and secure registrations.
Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about the platform’s features and benefits.
Follow up on interested leads to encourage registrations and transactions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
Provide insights and feedback to optimize promotional and sales strategies.

Job Goals:

Achieve 50-100 new registrations monthly.
Consistently meet or exceed daily call and performance targets.

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Strong persuasion skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Time management and organizational abilities.
