Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive GEM Government Portal Tenders at HOP Motors Faridabad . The Tender Executive GEM Government Portal Tenders will be responsible for managing government tenders through the GEM portal, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and research relevant tenders on the GEM portal.

- Engage with government contacts for clarifications and updates.

- Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.

- Liaise with government departments to ensure smooth tender processes.

- Maintain relationships with key government contacts.

- Monitor ongoing tenders and update the GEM portal regularly.

- Work closely with internal teams to finalize submissions.

- Track and manage tender status and progress.

- Candidate must have knowledge of Vendor Assessment and OEM Panel
