Job Description

Medical Disposables Selling Experience required

Experience : 1-2 years in similar field

Job Location : Trivandrum

Qualification required : Degree or Above

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets

Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory

Build and maintain relationships with key customers

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competition

Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
