Should have good idea in print designing. Understanding different motifs as per the end product.

Candidate should have good understanding of colors and shades.

Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity in all visual designs

Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and relevant

Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

Present design concepts and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.

Revise and improve designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
