- Conduct line process parameters test as per PepsiCo requirements of set frequency and right methodology.
- Operation and control at Paramix.
- Refine & standardize startup, tank change & shut down procedure to get 1st bottle GV & Brix on target.
- Carryout capability study of paramix once in a month.
- Carryout testing of blown bottle parameters like dimension, section weight, wall thickness, top load, burst test, stress crack test, fill volume capacity.
- Ensure compliance to Minimum Mandate as per PepsiCo guidelines
- Ensure that damaged/torn strainers are not in use in line. Make sure that strainers are inspected periodically and are of proper screen size.
- Collect and retain shelf life samples.
- Conduct GVRT study periodically and to determine filling GV target based on seasonality.
- Prepare control drink during start-up and every 4 hr of each run as well as during each tank change.
- Analysis of product parameters and maintain standard carbonation, brix, TA, net content, torque, Secure seal test.
- Follow “No date code – No run policy”. Allow run with 100% legible date coding.
- Monitor cleaning & sanitation of equipments including CIP.
- Coordinate, monitor and conduct fortnightly sanitation.
- Maintain GMP & ensure good housekeeping in bottling hall, blow molding room and packaging area. Keep strict control over HACCP critical control points.
- Initiate corrective action and preventive action to minimize deviation.
- System compliance by meeting AIB & GQA requirements of operational activities.
- Documentation and record keeping.
- During production carryout package appearance audit at start up & every 4 hours.
- Ensure compliance to critical requirement line Dew point, rinser pressure & proper labelling.
