· Basic knowledge on Designing of Signal Interlocking Plan (SIP).
· Basic knowledge of various signaling practices for Indian railways including basic signaling design.
· Basic knowledge on Control Table.
· Basic knowledge on Track circuits
· Basic Knowledge on cable core plan.
