- Cisco IOS Voice Protocols based on SIP, MGCP and H.323.
- CallManager Express (CME)
- Cisco Unity Express (CUE)
- Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM).
- Designing, Configuring and Troubleshooting, Maintaining, Installing, Upgrading servers (CUCM)
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX)
- Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
- Cisco Unified IM & Presence. (CUPS)
- Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE).
- UCCX Custom Scripting.
- Knowledge of Call routing -Pots & Voip Dial Peers.
- Able to configure basic BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP.
- Good knowledge of STP, VTP, Ether Channel, HSRP, Telnet.
- Switch: CISCO CATALYST 3750 POE, CISCO 3925
- Router: CISCO 3925, 2911, Alcatel Lucent
- CCNA-Mandatory,CCNP-Preferred
- l3 Routing,OSPF,BGP,EIGRP
- L2 Routing,VLAN Working experience on data center operations
- Working Experience on Cisco 3750,3860,1900,2960, MPLS,IP-SEC VPN,SSL-VPN.
- Knowledge on Fortigate firewall
