Position: Trainee Engineer - Printed Circuit Board - PCB Design

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer to join our PCB design team. As a trainee engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in designing, testing, and optimizing printed circuit boards for cutting-edge applications. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about electronics and eager to build a strong foundation in PCB design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of PCB layouts using industry-standard software tools.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to interpret and understand circuit schematics and requirements.
- Participate in the selection of components and materials for PCB design.
- Perform simulations and basic analysis to ensure optimal performance of PCB layouts.
- Learn and apply design rules, standards, and best practices for manufacturing and assembly.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Support the testing and debugging of prototypes to validate design performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to PCB design and manufacturing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits, components, and schematic diagrams.
- Familiarity with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or similar software (training will be provided).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
