Eligibility : BE / B.Tech (CS / IT / ECE / EEE) & Diploma (CS / IT / ECE / EEE) from 2018 & 2019 passout
The Young Talent Program (YTP) is a yearlong program designed to groom the young & vibrant talent selected from reputed colleges across India. The selected candidates are on-boarded to CMS IT as Trainee Engineers / Associate Trainee Engineers.
YTP program provides focussed training and capability building approach to these trainees and helps in shaping careers of these fresh IT graduates and make them future ready in ever changing market scenario. YTP program aims at hiring the best talent and develop & groom them to become all round professionals. CMS IT aims at building a culture of winning & excellence, YTP Program will help Fresh Talent to stay updated with the latest technologies and the ever changing market scenario. Also it would pave way towards a successful personal & professional life.
Last year 500+ ATEs graduated to regular employments for the roles of Customer Support Engineer, Service Desk Engineer, Network Engineer, etc.
Recruited Candidates would be part of CMS IT - PSS & ITSS business portfolio and would be able to build their careers as:

- Desktop / Laptop Engineer
- Helpdesk Engineer
