JOB Role : Trainee - IT Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist
Location : Chennai [ Work from Office ONLY ]
Qualification : Any Graduate / MSW / MBA –HR / ANY Engineering Graduate
Required : GOOD Communication + Sales + Marketing Skills

Job Responsibilities
- Handling full life
cycle of the recruitment Process of the organization
- Understanding the prevailing IT - Skill Sets and the job requirement and accordingly sourcing right candidates for the job requirement with the help of available tools.
- Attracting the Candidates by explaining them the job opportunity we have and details of the requirements
- Providing a BEST in class Candidate Experience.
- Inducing interest with in the candidate by presenting the details of the role in such a manner that they are excited to apply for the same.
- Communicating the details of the positions with the candidates (Sharing the JD on email).
- Emailing the Job Description, Position details to the prospective candidates.
- Doing the necessary
follow-up with the candidate collecting his updated profile, collecting the
basic information about the candidates CTC, E-CTC, Notice period, his interest
etc.
- Going through the candidate profile. Understanding his experience and the areas he / she have worked.
- Working in Various tools, such as MS office, EXCEL - Updating the recruitment tracker
WALK – IN [ MONDAY to FRIDAY, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM]
