Key Responsibilities :
1) Prototype Production Support:
a. Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of prototype parts and products.
b. Operate and maintain various manufacturing tools and equipment under supervision.
c. Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production.
2) Process and Quality Assurance:
a. Monitor production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.
b. Conduct basic inspections and tests on prototypes to ensure they meet specifications.
c. Report any defects or issues to the supervising engineer.
3) Tooling and Equipment Handling:
a. Help in the setup and calibration of machinery and tools used in prototype manufacturing.
b. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
c. Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
4) Documentation and Reporting:
a. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage and process parameters.
b. Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
c. Prepare basic reports on production metrics and outcomes.
5) Material procurement and material handling.
6) Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggesting ways to optimize workflows.
7) Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualification:
1.ITI certification in Mechanical or a related field.
2.Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials and equipment.
3.Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
4.Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings.
5.Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
6.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
7.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8.Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
