- Designation : Trainer
- Role: Medical Transcription Trainer
- Shift timings- 10 am to 7 pm or 11 am to 8 pm
Key responsibilities:
- Make a training program in consultation with production.
- Coordinate with HR and hire the candidates for training.
- Conduct training program.
- Train and mentor the transcription teams on both process and skills.
- Work with freshers and junior transcriptionists
- Identify training needs through TNA and Quality Management teams
- Train on UK Medical Practices, with a special focus on NHS.
- Train on deciphering UK accents
- Should be familiar with Healthcare Industry guidelines in UK
- Should have worked as a medical transcriptionist for atleast 1-3 years.
- Should be willing to travel to their office in Pune/Bangalore
