Experience: 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automobile or retail industry.

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support the company’s strategic goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and address specific skill gaps within various teams.
Implementation of Training Sessions: Conduct or coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for all levels of staff, focusing on technical, customer service, and sales skills.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to ensure training objectives are met.
Employee Development: Identify high-potential employees for development programs, fostering career growth and succession planning.
Compliance Training: Ensure all employees are trained on mandatory compliance standards, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific protocols.
Coordination with Department Heads: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, employee progress, and prepare regular reports on training outcomes for senior management.
