Responsibilities
Collaborate with trainers in the training department to coordinate rooms, time, and external trainers to attend training sessions.
Liaise with external training providers to book and coordinate training sessions within various departments.
Review training schedules, and ensure calendars are scheduled correctly.
Coordinate refreshments, materials, etc., required for training sessions.
Liaise with department managers to secure coverage for the department whilst training is in place.
Keep track of training, expiry of training, and certificates, and keep the internal system up to date.
Coordinate the delivery of certificates of training to the correct personnel.
Develop and implement effective training matrixes to keep track of the training.
Liaise with external training providers to onboard them as certified trainers, and obtain all relevant paperwork, such as insurance.
