Responsibilities -
- Collating training plans & schedules with L&D Team Members.
- Co-ordinating with all trainers for reports/ training material/ calendars and feedback.
- Regular publishing of dashboards / attendance sheet of participants.
- MIS development & communication for training purposes.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Content Library Management.
- Logistical arrangement if any, for location specific training.
- SPOC for Administrative & related activities for L&D team.
- Managing internal learning platforms for batch creation and data collection.
- Exploring & Sharing ideas for making policies and processes for L&D.
Desired Candidate Profile -
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Advanced skills required in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Candidate should be Tech savvy, good at execution & a team player.
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience.
