Training Manager:
- Team handling experience is a must
- Induction & Orientation
- Designing product and process content
- Implements training plans which are aligned with the business strategies
- Should have a good understanding of customer touchpoints like Calls" emails web chat etc.
- Conduct TNI / TNA for different roles in the organization and for other stakeholder engaged in delivering/implementing program
- Should prepare MIS reports/Ad hoc training reports."
- Should support and mentor new trainers."
- Should be ready to deliver training across locations."
- Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Conducts management skills training and follows-up with participants to assess utilization of new skills
- Prepare training calendar based on annual academic planning
