Doing costing for the packages and Selling holiday packages
Follow up on queries
Post-sales support of International & Domestic Holiday.
Monitoring post sales activities & inter department coordination.
Know how & experience in VISA assistance.
Error free handover of the booking & confirmation vouchers to the
customers.
Lead Generation for Holiday
Packages & Hotel Booking- International & Domestic
Handling existing as well as new clients
After sales service to the clients
Liaising with the suppliers in different locations - international &
Domestic
Required skill set:
· Freshers may also apply
· Enthusiastic with Good Communication Skills.
· Excellent problem solver
· Client handling skills, itinerary making & costing, selling of holiday packages.
· Good communication skill
· Can handle the after sales process
· Relationship Building
Graduate in any stream
Computer Basics
Microsoft Word & Excel is a must
